What I can say is that these handles are great for the price. I have wrist issues from lifting for so many years these handles keep my wrist stable. It definitely is a game changer. I also purchased the long bar with the handles and all I can say is wow. I’m hitting muscle fibers that I couldn’t with the traditional gym lat pulldown bar. For the price it’s worth trying. It works as advertised and is really solid for a myriad of pulldowns, rows and pushdowns. That being said, it's a fairly long piece so if you plan on using for lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns etc. you have to account for lengthening your muscle, which this implement makes difficult without bottoming out. May have to sit on the floor or kneel on the floor to optimize use.
