## Overview

PRINCE CPVC Pipes SDR 13.5 (3/4 inch, 3 meters) are premium-grade, durable pipes designed for hot and cold water distribution, safe drinking water transport, and industrial chemical handling. Their corrosion resistance and compliance with food-grade standards make them a reliable choice for diverse residential, public, and industrial applications.

## Description

CPVC Pipe & Fittings are manufactured with high quality CPVC raw material using hi tech ultra modern injection and extruder machines to maintain the accuracy of dimensions. The pipes and fittings are made of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride and is available from 15mm to 50mm (½” to 2”) as per copper tube sizes (CTS). The pipes are available in SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 whereas fittings are available in SDR 11 class. Threaded inserts in the transition fittings are made from high grade brass material , to withstand chemical corrosion at elevated temperatures. Pipes and Fittings in CTS are manufactured according to Is15778 and ASTM D-2846 respectively. Pipes and Fittings from size 65 to 100mm (21/2” to 4”) are also available as per ASTM F 441 and ASTM F439 respectively both in Sch-40 and Sch-80. CPVC is similar to PVC, but is treated with chlorine to create a material, that is highly resistance to heat, acids, alkalis, alcohols and many other corrosive materials. With CPVC’s ability to withstand higher temperature than PVC, CPVC is used in applications where the temperatures may reach 200oF (93oC) and can typically be found in numerous applications including chemical delivery systems, vacuum lines and many other lower pressure applications. Because of the inherent properties like corrosion resistant, durable, smooth, friction less, resistant to bacterial growth and environment friendly etc. CPVC plumbing system is widely accepted in residential, industrial and various public projects Hot and Cold Water Plumbing System is dependable, cost-effective and long-lasting.
