These pedals know how to get a grip!
These are surprisingly good pedals- especially for the money. I wasn't expecting them to be of such good quality and function. I use them on a Mongoose Malus fat tire mountain bike. For fun, I have been upgrading with inexpensive but cooler looking parts. Not only do these look mean, they really grip your feet better than any other clipless pedal I have used. Time will tell how they hold up

Great bargain for the price
The quality is slightly above what you would expect for the price, which I feel is a bonus. The included wrench was very convenient, I didn't have to get out my own tools to replace the old worn out pedals they were replacing. The wrench wasn't the best quality, but more than functional to complete the task. The pedals are a bit larger than the youth ones I was replacing, but they are much better. The bearings feel nice and smooth, though you can tell one is a bit smoother than the other. As these went on a youth bike, I am more than confident that they will last much longer than the bike will get used by it's current owner. If your doing some hard core off road biking, don't forget the low cost on these, but they feel durable enough that I would give them a go. If you've already broken/gone through more expensive pedals, I don't think these will perform any better.

Best Pedals
These are the best pedals I have ever bought. They are strong with no flex and lightweight with no bearing issues. My prior pedals were cheap plastic which had flex and breakage, or metal with loose or clunky bearings. These pedals are also very cool looking with a thin profile and good grip.

Nice pedal for the price.
Great pedal for everyday riding. My OEM pedal broke on my Trek hybrid and chose these for replacement because of the great value. I was very surprised at the quality ease of installation. After 3000 miles they look like new and perform well. I particularly like the grip they provide to keep my feet in place while riding. Be aware that these pedals are made of metal. Would recommend.

Nice set of pedals!
Like the title, this is a nice set of pedals. They feel good in the hand and grip well on shoes. I bought these to replace the cheap plastic ones that came on my bike. If I could say anything, only hand tighten the bolts. The way that pedals work make it so that they won't unscrew which means that if you overtighten them, they will be difficult to take off later. That and they have bearings in them that don't work as good if the pedal is too tight. The fact that they also come with a wrench is amazing! I didn't have the right tool on me to be able to take off my pedals before. I should say though, the wrench is sort of cheap. If you are trying to take off old pedals like I was, buy a pair of locking pliers as well (if you don't already have them) and a can of wd-40. I had one pedal that was soo stuck on that it ended up rounding the wrench that came with this kit. Luckily I had a mini plier that I used to finish the job after I used a pedal spanner and some wd-40 (with a few hours for the lubricant to work it's magic) to undo the bolt.

Cheap and good. Worth it
Seems solid and light. They do provide good grip. Not very comfortable. Bearings roll smoothly. Look neat.

Squicking and Falling Off if you Push Harder
I bought 2 pairs of these pedals, delivered in early Jan 2024. One for my MTB and one for my wife's. This review is on June 4, 2024. I do cycling on paved grounds (mostly on park trails and roads) betwen15 to 20 miles every other day when weather conditions permit. I weight 140 lbs. Although I do not go on gravel or dirt often, I constantly push hard, keeping my heart beat 85% of the time evenly distributed in zones 4 and 5 (anaerobic and VO2 Max). Said that, I may have rode my bike approximately 250 miles before the pedals started squicking a lot, to the point that people on or near my way noticeably started paying attention to my bike because of the anoying non-stop noise it was producig. I disassembled the pedals and lubricated them with machine oil, but it did not work. I did it again, this time applying grease. It lasted, maybe, 1 or 2 rides of 15/20 miles each before the noise symphoni came back loud. The right pedeal almost fell off, but I noticed it and immediately finished the ride to avoid a possible accident. Good thing about having disassembled the pedals, I could confirm that indeed there are 2 sealed bearings inside each pedal. I had seen few YouTube vídeos of frustrated buyers of other brands showing that they found out that their pedals had nylon bushings instead of the sealed bearings advertised by the sellers. To be fair with these pedals that I bought, my wife does light cycling almost everyday for a much shorter mileage than I do, and the pair of pedals on her bike, installed on the same day of mine, are not squicking yet. They do provide a very good grip.Overall, I am rating 3 stars because they lasted very little for me. They shoul last for at least 1000 miles. If you do eirher occasional hard cycling or daily light cycling, these pedals will possibly make you happy. But if you are planning on pushing them harder, you will likely be disapointed.I will look for a more expensive one with 3 sealed bearings this time.
