Seller is unscrupulous. Bow fell apart after 5 months, and they (1) made up facts (that I pulled out the hair) and (2) said all bows need to be refitted every 4 months or else this will happen. My daughter's bows have lasted 10 years, son's previous bow lasted 24months, and my son's teacher (symphony and Broadway pro) says this NEVER happens unless it is defective. This product is defective and seller is dishonest and slippery and should be banned from Amazon.
