Easy to swallow capsules with no after effects. Contains a blend of the following: Maitake, Reishi, Shi*take, Lion's Mane, Chaga, and Cordyceps mushrooms, plus Organic Acerola Cherry (which provides vitamin C), turmeric and black pepper. As with all natural supplements it can take a few weeks or months to see results. At the current selling price it works out as £0.17 per capsule, so £0.34 per day for the two capsule dose which is good value compared to other similar supplements.
