As stated the handles are slightly too large for those with smaller hands, but are industry std size in butchery etc. Blades are quite good and sharp out of the box. These are aimed at professional kitchens and butchers who break and damage their knives regularly and are priced accordingly but that does not mean they are of low quality. In my regular kitchen I will never break these and there is no way I would buy some of these less used pattern knives from say victorinox at Β£40 each, but I will at less than Β£9.
