I used 2 gallons and did 3 coats. It's been 4 years and I just now have a leak, but it's due to a crack in my Mortar, not liquid rubbers fault. It worked amazingly for me. I laid it on normal twice, and then somewhat thick using a chip brush each time. Good luck! **Q: Will this work on a RV rubber foof?** A: When I applied it to my RV it would pull up if not fully dry. Once dry it seemed to stick fine. They make a primer to improve adhesion but I did not use it. I had done some fixing in my ripped toe safety shoes and rubber stick to it and rip so had to cover this later. So leave some for later. Easy to apply no smell, used with fibre cloth to fill seams.
