Well finished, with good sound quality, and it has an excellent and very sensitive tuner, which is far more intuitive and satisfying in use than a digital tuner. The solar charger works very well as an alternative when not USB charging. I have felt no need to install any standard batteries as yet, as the inbuilt re-chargeable battery is working well. The only possible improvement might be to include an earphone socket in manufacture.
