Other than that I don’t have any complaintsThe inserts are quite easy to attach and effective from the limited use I hadThe voice cancellation is effective to the extent claimed. Please remember these do not cancel all noise, I’m still able to hear any notifications on my phone or the little noises that come from kitchen etc. It’s purpose is to cancel the ambient noise and it does that wonderfullyIt’s a little pricey but the comfort is worth it. The design is patented and that’s why it’s hard to find similar pieces. I’m noise sensitive and have tried various other earplugs (foam, silicone, plastic) and these are the most comfortable fit that I can wear for long stretchesThe dampening is a little too much for normal day to day life so I think it would be perfect for outdoor concerts and the festive season. If you want more day to day dampening check out Engage Loops.I haven’t tried sleeping in with them but they seem comfortable enough when laying down on the bed and reading a book, so I’m don’t think it would be too much of a problem.
