Review: Very good smaller footprint machine - Bought for my wife's exercise therapy and to keep my 65yr old legs from bothering me, it is excellent. Not a professional gym machine but it does the job more than adequately. Goes together in about 2 hours at a leisurely pace, just have some tools including a good socket set, open end wrenches and a rubber hammer. This is a type of Hack Squat movement and works the quadriceps really good for those that do not need "power lifter" type weight. I have done several leg workouts, each 30 to 40 mins long in my garage. My balance is improving and I am happy so far.

Assembly is reasonable but the overall quality of this machine leaves much to be desired. It is flimsy and difficult to feel the targeted muscle. It would have been worthwhile to pay a bit extra and get a nicer machine. Unfortunately, the time frame to return it has passed.
