I hate wilted greens. We eat a lot of salads in my household and we live in the south. So the trip from the store to the car to home mostly wilts the salad if you wait too long. If you take your greens and toss them directly in they stay good for 2+ weeks depending on how abused they were at the store. (Please keep in mind that my results may be different from yours) there’s a tray in the bottom that keeps the salad from sitting on the bottom and getting soggy and if you put one of these sheets in underneath the tray (in my opinion) the greens stay fresh longer. The sheets are called Natural Food Saver Sheets Fresh Paper and they are available on Amazon as well. One thing, THIS IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
