First off, it doesn’t nauseate me like so many other digestive enzyme products. Secondly you can take it before during or after your meal, and even late night, you can open a capsule and add to water to soothe your stomach! It’s a great product. It would totally totally get 5 stars if it prevented gut issues 90% of the time, it works about 80-85%..But that’s a significant percentage higher than most enzymes products!
