I don't know if there is a difference between these and the ones that say backflow** A: No but u can drill a hole through it and make it one... I find the normal ones from china all have funky smells so I just find regular cones that I like and drill holes in them... **Q: Do the cones have holes in the bottom of them?** A: These are solid cones. I have been very happy with them. **Q: How big is the cone?** A: An inch and a half. They stay burning for about 35 mins or so. I love them all.
