I’ve used it now for tomahawk ribeye and smashburgers, both of which were delicious, and intend to try it in a shepherd’s pie and chili soon. It’s salty and very rich, so use a light hand. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great on Chicken *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2023* Used this when I smoked a whole chicken. Absolutely delicious. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Even better than expected! *by N***Z on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2024* I was excited to give this rub a try, and it did not disappoint!Firstly, the dominant aroma and flavor for my jar is smoked hickory. I don't see it listed on the jar or the description here on Amazon, so it was surprising. However, we like hickory, so it was a nice surprise. So far, we've used it on burgers and chicken, and it's great! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/532521738-spiceology-and-derek-wolf-bourbon-prime-bbq-rub-spirit-infused](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/532521738-spiceology-and-derek-wolf-bourbon-prime-bbq-rub-spirit-infused) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
