I have a pair of loafers that rub one heel. I put a small piece of this on the area of the shoe and it's 90% better. Another pair of sandals my pinky toe nail rubs in one spot, this cushions it. Even if it feels a little thick when you first put it in a shoe, it will quickly compress when you wear it and become much more comfortable. I like being able to completely customize the size of the piece I'm using. This roll will last a life-time! The stickiness is superb and lasts a long time. Only one annoyance is that peeling the backing off is a struggle. I really can't say it's a negative, because of the fact that it sticks to the surface of what you put it on so well. But finding the sweet spot to pull the backing off takes some patience. I found that if you bend it some, you can sometimes find a spot to peel it. I keep a piece at work in case a pair of shoes decides to start giving me trouble. You could even cut up a few small strips and put in your gym bag, purse, suitcase, etc. to have on hand. Lasts longer than a Band-Aid and provides great protection. Highly recommended. It stays put throughout her lessons and she hasn’t gotten anymore blisters since using it. The moleskin is very soft. The only issue we have had with it is that it can be tricky to separate from the backing (really gotta use your nails).
