- Try one of the best artisan chocolate bars in the world. Rio Caribe 72% dark chocolate reflects the deep nutty, coffee notes of its fine trinitario cacao. Contains simply cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter - no vanilla or soya lecithin to hide the beautiful flavour notes of the beans.
