Anyone who left a 1-Star review does not understand what they bought. These are NOT stainless steel knives. These are made of steel and need to be treated as such. The inside of the box specifically says the steel knives need to be washed then dried right away then treated with mineral oil, I use cutting board oil which is food safe. The knives are a definate 5-Star. They are super sharp and sturdy.
