They provide you with a recipe book, so if you are unsure how to make it or use it, it's all simplified for you. I also like the information they provide regarding where they source their matcha tea from, this then led me to read a bit more about them. They are small family run business - one could tell, because the personal touch is there and actually wanting their customers to be truly satisfied; I am.
