You are not getting a whole lot of support or realignment with this splint, you are simply getting a piece of hard plastic in between your toes and a strap that you can adjust to make the fit tighter. It doesn't actually relieve pain or correct misalignment. Also, the instructions on the back are written in very broken English which makes me suspicious of the "expertise" behind this thing.
