Review: It is way better than regular maida - A bit pricey, but the quality is far far better than regular maida. I bake my own bread and make my own pizza -both from scratch and this flour is way better. The bread & pizza is soft and has a better taste. I even combine other floors to make it a truly multi grain flour for my use.
