Review: This works!!! - Helped my stomach problems! Gave this a good trial. I've been taking it for 60days and just ordered my second bottle. I've always had trouble with my stomach, especially when travelling. Gas, bloating, air on my stomach. I was taking a different probiotic with much higher CFU. I researched FOS, as that was the difference in this probiotic (Swanson Ultimate 16 Strain Probioticwith FOS)...seems this makes a big difference! I just returned from a week long vacation (travelling was always a problem) and had very little stomach problems other than a few episodes of hiccups. Takes about 2 weeks for it to really kick in, but I noticed some improvement in a couple days. I'm 77 years old and take only Pepcid AC (generic, non prescription) Try this probiotic, even if you've tried others...been a game changer for my stomach issues. Take consistently at about the same time each day..whatever works for you! Also, very reasonably priced.

Well, that turned into this item with another one for a while, and my others have changed from time to time depending on need or just because of good deals I ran across, but this formula remains regardless. The prebiotic strains included check another important box, which is really what makes whatever other option easier to interchange because there's such good value with high potency few strain options if prebiotic aren't a must, and if they are included, all the better. Worth noting I take prebiotic powder with shakes as its incomparably cheaper and easy to get high amounts in shakes Id already be drinking.

I’ve been using Swanson’s L. reuteri purchased on Amazon to make yogurt, and it works very well. The culture is reliable, and the yogurt comes out consistently good. Beyond that, I’ve noticed I feel more content and have a better sense of well-being since I started using this brand. I can’t say for sure if it’s the L. reuteri doing its job, but that’s how it feels to me. Easy to use, effective, and a brand I trust — I’ll keep buying this.
