However, the manual doesn't mention it, whereas it mentions connecting a bluetooth device to play (receive on the radio) with next/previous track selection. It's a little odd there's no transmit, since it has bi-directional bluetooth for the Radio-C App communication. Also, I don't know whether bluetooth play/receive mode and App control are mutually exclusive: if receiving audio, can the App still control the radio. I haven't had a chance to use mine yet (waiting for a suitable Android device to use the Radio-C app,) so apologies for not being much help. **Q: Does it operate while charging Or while plugged in without the battery?** A: Yes, it works while plugged in.
