I’m 5’11” and 170. It fits me well, with room for adjustment in both directions of a person’s height. It can be adjusted for a person’s height, and how far apart you want the space between the pads. It was easy to put together, but the instructions were really just a diagram of it exploded. It’s not as nice as you would find in a professional gym, but for the cost, it does what I want it to, and it seems solid. I use mine every other day. It really hits the ham strings, rear end and low back!!
