**Q: Is this compatible with other mason jar lids?**
A: Sure does!

**Q: Are these insulated?**
A: Yes, they have stainless steel liner with a plastic outer shell.  They keep cold things cold and hot things hot. They are not Yeti quality, but they are a fraction of the price of Yeti products.

**Q: Are these tested for lead?**
A: Not sure if they are tested for lead. It says they are stainless steel and food grade silicon. They are from a small business. You can probably email them and ask.

**Q: Can you take the outer plastic shell off?**
A: Yes, you just slide it off of the cup. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. I’ve been washing them in the dishwasher as well.. taking them apart is a must.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I ordered these cups for my son because he’s grown out of bottles and is onto straw cups and they are wonderful. They keep his milk cold and the straw doesn’t come out when he pulls on it. The stainless steel cup is great for the dishwasher and the silicone cover makes it easy to grasp and that my sons hands don’t get cold from holding. They truly are leak resistant, only a small leak out of the straw when upside down. I also love that they come with closed lids for on the go or for snacks. I bought the 4 pack 8 oz green, blue, white and gray ones and 3 of them worked great but one of them was slightly dented so the lid wouldn't screw closed on it. I emailed customer service off of their website and told them my issue and Cat responded so quickly! She said she’d get me a replacement and it came THE NEXT DAY! Absolutely amazing customer service and company. 10/10 will order more dishware for my son from them.

I love these cups! They are a great size for my 1 year old and are easy for her to drink out of. They are durable and don’t have a bunch of parts to take apart to wash like some other straw cups. Customer service was super responsive when one of the lids was not screwing on correctly. I will definitely order more from this company!

Product is as described but, seems like full of bonuses. The non-straw lids, extra seals, and cleaning brush show real thought went into how the product would be used. Everything seems well constructed. Straws are thick walled.Sleaves to cup had a gap at the bottom which I worked close. I think this area could trap liquid during cleaning and I will have to monitor the location. An excellent product.
