This is my second pair, and I alternate between them for their different colors, depends on my mood for the day. Very comfortable, great selection of colors and designs. I stay away from the most pricey styles but get great value at Amazon for great quality and style. My shoe size is 9.5, but I get these in a 10 size because somewhere along the line I was advised to go 1/2 size larger than regular shoes. The extra 1/2 in size advise was perfect, and 10 fits just right. I think I might have called Asics once and they may have given me that advice. I always check the reviews for any style I am interested in to see that most other customers have to say. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My feet thank you *by S***Y on June 12, 2016* On my many years on this planet, I have worn just about every tennis-running-sneaker one can imagine. I have found that Asics makes one fine shoe. I can wear these all day as others just fade in comfort after a half day or so. I bumped up my shoe size as my arch relaxed due to my advanced age, it happens to everyone as I am told by my doctor. One half size bigger is not much if you are not running but walking, These are running shoes designed for foot pronation, the inward movement of the ankle/foot. I find these much better for walking than any others I have tried in the past, and I have a closet full of losers. Theses are not cheap Walmart sneakers, they last and the comfort is worth the few extra bucks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent running shoes great value *by D***E on September 16, 2016* I am what I would consider a casual but regular runner, I run about 3 to 4 miles 2-3 times a week. I had a pair of Brooks Adrenaline 11 and loved them but could not find my size and so I wound up going with this model. I think they are pretty much out of stock, so I"ll keep this short. They were a little wider than I thought in the heel based on the size but otherwise fit well and are comfortable. Heel is very soft and absorbs impacts, they offer good support in the arch.
