A: Once every three months….it cleans well but I’ve noticed it gets dull on the regular side which is the side I use. I really like this product, it lacks well, cleans well, and is durable. It’s a bit rocky for a plastic item so the seller is making a lot but it works

**Q: Why in the world are they so expensive.there just plastic.my dentist gave me one for free.I like it but why do they cost more than the metal ones**
A: Well plastic comes from oil and we know how oil cost nothing is cheap anymore
