This tee is T-shaped and has three openings for connecting and branching off three pipes, two on the main run and a branch at a 90 degree angle from the center of the tee. Pipe dimensions for tees are shown as A x W x C. "A" and "B" indicate the main run on the fitting, and "C" indicates the branch. It has female hub openings to slide over the ends of male pipes.
