Not the manufacturers fault. The item literally came wrapped in cardboard paper, the stuff you expect to find inside main packaging, like a box! And because of the weak packaging, my Death Trooper's product box at the base of the model, came a little crushed and I had to do my best to reshape it. As a collector, the manufacturer box or packaging is very important. However, I must say, the Jakks Pacific 31 inch Death Trooper figure itself is very pleasing and surprisingly detailed. I am a collector of 31" figures, and this one gets ten out of ten and I love it! Just shame about the Amazon packaging and the dirt that was all over the model when I took it out of the paper wrapping, which I had to wipe clean before filming a product review.
