I was in a bit of a rush when looking for a skimmer and this was the first one that struck me as decent, had I read the size it likely wouldn't have purchased as it was very difficult to collect anything at the centre of my 8ft pool, at the top, nevermind trying to get anything from the bottom as I had to pretty much get into the pool to collect anything. Assembly was easy, just two pieces and it collects debris easily.
