It has been great for that, but also for so many more things. We used it to move stuff into his dorm. He uses it when he comes home to visit, and just tosses in all of his laundry and books and whatever he needs to bring home and puts the whole thing into his car with just one trip. He uses it when he goes back to school, full of clean laundry and whatever he wants to bring from home. It's massive, it holds a ton of stuff, and it's sturdy. It has a lid that can zip closed. The wheels can handle pretty much any paved surface. The handles are the perfect length for pulling it along beside you or behind you. It also folds up really small, so when he's not using it he can just tuck it inside his closet and it takes up almost no space. The only thing I can think of that might improve it is if they added a brake to the wheels, so that if you are parked on an incline, you could load it without it trying to roll away.
