Review: Great Event Letters - Great product and excellent customer service. While putting together about 7 of these letters I noticed a cracked bulb on one of them. I reached out to the seller via email on Friday and received a response back almost right away. They expedited a new bulb which arrived either Saturday or Sunday and then followed up Monday to make sure it had actually arrived. The letters all look great now and were easy to put together. They do take some time if you're doing multiple.

Great showstopper product and excellent customer service!! Once you open the carefully packaged pieces, you notice all the information on how to reach out to them with an issue. I reached out via email and received a response back almost right away with a solution. They inquired when the event was an expedited a new number which showed up quicker than I can even put it together. It does take time to assemble but not hard. I used hot glue for more stability but I think just tape should work as well. Make sure you give yourself time before your event to assemble and ensure there are no issues in case you need to reach out to them. Also, you do need batteries for the light! I double bagged the water weight bag just in case of a leak. I would definitely order more numbers for future birthdays!
