Exactly what I wanted: Easy to follow directions without any help (but you have to pay attention to the placements of each peiece & the order to do them.) I'm 76 yr old female & only needed someone with muscles to help lifting 2 parts. It was easy to follow the directions. Assembly was time consuming. Took me at least 4 hours by myself but I went very slow. The directions were clear and the screws all aligned without issue. I think it’s a great value! A few pieces were chipped but nothing visible on the final construction. The fire does look very fake but it’s still pretty. I like that it’s kind of tall and I don’t have to look down to watch tv.
