I've tried others. I bought it for the health benefits of thymoquinone; a known antioxidant. There are other constituents that are good for health. The taste is sharp - much sharper than other black seed oils which is evidence of how raw it is. That's what I wanted; the real thing! Other black seed oils do not taste as powerful as this. The taste is not problem for me because it easily is taken away by consuming a slice of toast, or having a meal. It's also grainy with very tiny remnants of black seed after the pressing process of extraction of the oil. That is also proof of how raw it is. One can avoid the graininess by not shaking the bottle. Anyways I wanted the full thing so I always shake the bottle to get it real and pure. I don't expect to 'feel better' for taking this oil because it works on the inside of the body. I can't feel it doing any antioxidising, obviously. So for me, I got the real thing at a good price and I'm happy with that.
