Review: It works - Great ACU It kept me nice & cool during our last spell of hot weather. I didn't use the venting window kit, just hung the hose out of the window I'm lucky enough to have a low window, the vent hose could be a little longer but you can easily get the length you require on line. I have only used the AC facility, so can't comment on the dehumidifier.
Review: Not too noisy - Easy to setup and use, not that noisy - it's an air conditioner unit so it will make a noise, but on low it's similar to a big fan on full speed. My only complaint is the length of the exhaust pipe (but all the A/C units seem to come with short pipes) - I've had to put it on top of a chest of drawers in order to reach the window to vent the unit properly. Unusually, it comes with nylon fabric shields & velcro tape so that you can seal the opening around the open window and this seems to work pretty well. I bought a similar one last year and this one was £100 cheaper (but looks the same & has the same remote, just a different brand name and didn't have the nylon seals) so really happy with our purchase

**Q: Is there a pipe included?**
A: There is a pipe included and a Velcro window vent. The window vent is designed for inwards opening windows, we had to improvise with our window opening outwards. Otherwise this is a decent air con system

A: Category A

**Q: Does it oscilate?**
A: It does not oscillate. There is a tab to manually adjust the vertical strakes to change the left-to-right direction of the airflow & the horizontal strakes can also be adjusted to change the up-down direction of the airflow.

Great ACU It kept me nice & cool during our last spell of hot weather.
