This pet carrier is terrific for dogs large and small. Keeps them contained but not restrained and definitely comfortable. When it comes time to "disembark" (no pun intended), the side flap comes down allowing the dog a clear pathway out of the vehicle. He has a clear view of the front of the car, allowing for cheek kisses between the headrests without worry that he will try to put himself in the driver's seat and a clear access to side window breeze sniffing pursuits.
