Arrived with an essential boot missing and another bolt had been just thrown in box and not in the plastic bag with other bolts etc.Looks great and easy to attach to bike - My dog a little nervous at 1st about getting in. Took him 200 yards down the road and when I got back when I guess turning he had managed to break the front mesh which is very flimsy and never going to contain a large dog . I had the supplies belt attached to his collar at its shortest so to restrict movement to the max.I contacted Schwinn as per instructions on Amazon and they responded from the US very quickly and gave me a UK based contact. Messaged them and after a follow up please reply email I got a polite email informing me that they did not supply / have anything information / replacement parts on this product.
