The whole thing is very light in weight but sturdy. At points during the construction we needed three of us to be involved, particularly during lifting the frame up. The whole thing probably took around 2 hours, even for someone who knows his way around a toolbox. Once up though, this is a welcome addition to our garden and we are very happy with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars A fantastic product for the money (providing the price doesn't go up anymore) *by I***1 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 June 2018* Its a great product for the money and I must stress that - when I compare it to a Hartman its around £120 difference but I will say the Hartman is a more solid structure and the material on the curtaining is better quality.Its is absolutely fine for what it is and well worth having but just be aware there are better quality products on the market if you pay a little more.Having said all of that I notice the price has been constantly going up and is now at its highest price point. Any higher and the Hartman definitely becomes a better bet.p.s. I agree the instructions are bad but its fairly easy to sort out and Glendale technical support i have to say is very, very good. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Cross pieces are to weak *by T***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 June 2019* Update: Heard back from Glendale yesterday and this raises further question on the item. Question is when is a gazabo not a gazabo? According to the reply received from Glendale, the GL1360 Seville Mocha Gazebo is not a gazebo and therefore should not be treated as one. Reply as below:Seller comments: This item is a sun shade to be drawn when sunny not when it is raining.- as explained previously.it is not a gazebo. when it rains it has to be drawn back, it is not an item to protect you from the rain. Customer has defaulted their Warranty by not taking reasonable care / precautions.What can you say!! Funny thing is that no where in the product description does it say that the canopy has to be drawn back when it rains. Refused my return so I will have to attempt to repair an item I've paid good money for.First of all, we received the delivery from Glendale with a dented main post and also with the canopy missing, which they replaced quite quickly, so credit to them. The unit was easy to put together and looks good. The problem arose when we had a light shower when the canopy was opened. The cross pieces holding the canopy are simply too weak to carry the weight of water retained, which was not much I must add, between the cross pieces and caused the canopy to collapse. Part of the problem has to do with with the very weak metal rings that holds the metal cross pieces to the plastic runners. They are just too flimsy and split under the weight of a light rain which in turn caused the cross pieces to bend when they fell. Contacted Glendale about the problem and for the replacement of the cross pieces but their excuse of not replacing was ' that it is a sun canopy and not to use in the rain'. We have written to them again for the item to be returned and have not heard from them since, this was more than a week ago.With all good intentions, the canopy which is not designed as a rain shelter, should be closed when it rains but inevitable there will be times when they are left opened unintentionally and the design should have allowed for that. A neighbour bought a much cheaper unit that has riveted holes in the canopy to let out collected water when left out in the rain. I can still see their smug faces when they saw what happened to ours.
