It’s not necessarily dangerous for people under 18 to take as far as I know, but You should ask your doctor to be sure because I know of medical conditions where people need to maintain low protein diets to prevent cysts and kidney stones from forming. If you rely on protein powder to supplement your nutrition and I love good flavor this is for you. This is my favorite vanilla-based flavor and let me tell ya I have tried them all from vegan P protein to all different types of way and even soy. The macros are just fine. It is easily digestible on my delicate tummy and does not bother my spouses dairy sensitivity. It’s great for things other than smoothies.- such as adding to pudding, hot cereal, making baked goods and even as a dip for fruit. My only comment is why is such a huge container when the product settles so much I don’t need all that extra plastic.
