    Very poor advice

The recipes in this book are interesting, however the advice is poor and often contradictory. The author states that she does not provide macro data as it "unreliable" and stresses that one should not use an online calculator. In the very next paragraph she goes on state that you can get macros by using "a reliable online calculator". Which is it? It would be far better if she stated Macro guidance and supplied ±% error margin. The lack of this data is a glaring omission.The recipes are interesting and the directions are ok and simple enough. I would suggest that there are better books out there, but this, worryingly, is not the worst Keto book out there, even accounting for the books myriad spelling and grammar errors.
