It’s nice and compact and has a good weight to it which makes handling it easy. Works great at flattening and with regular dough, doesn’t stick at all and provides a nice and smooth surface on the dough. Clean up is a breeze as well. Highly recommended.

Recently started to get into baking and wanted to do a bit more than the simple large loaves of bread. This roller works great for small home kitchen use. It’s nice and compact and has a good weight to it which makes handling it easy. Works great at flattening and with regular dough, doesn’t stick at all and provides a nice and smooth surface on the dough. Clean up is a breeze as well. Highly recommended.
