One that doesn't taste bitter or have that nasty stevia aftertaste. I've tried many different brands and blends over the past 4 months and this is by far my favorite. I like the powdered over the granular because it dissolves so nicely in my coffee and is perfect for the peanut butter cup fat bombs I make. It really works perfectly in anything you want to make. Second of all, it is rally fine, just like powdered sugar. I opened the bag and put some of the contents into several small flip-top containers, so I could easily use it to brush my teeth. The rest I put into jars, to scoop out into my coffee or use in cooking and baking.The taste is sweet, with no bitter aftertaste, and I was VERY glad to find out that erythritol does not give me what I call "explosive diarrhea", as Xylitol does. Am using it primarily to help with plaque on my teeth and a receding gums issue I have been having. I am also swishing Xylitol in my mouth, to help with that. I noticed that I was able to get "chunks" of plaque and tartar to release from my teeth, within just a few days of using the erythritol and also swishing both of them in my mouth.At the time of this review, I am 66 years old, and I am determined to see my gums grow back without surgery.
