**Q: Why does the label say "Eat within 4 days of opening?"**
A: It's just a reminder to keep the product fresh. I usually keep mine in the refrigerator for a weeks and it is okay. Best peppers I've ever had and I'm sure you'll love them just as much. Great product at a fantastic price.
