Ich wollte es erstmal ausprobieren, ob ich es vertrage und es mir überhaupt hilft. Obwohl auf der Packung steht, man soll eine Kapsel zu einer Mahlzeit nehmen, nehme ich sie so ca. 1 Stunde vor der Mahlzeit. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es so wirksamer ist. Natürlich muss ich weiterhin schauen, dass ich nicht zu viel histaminhaltiges zu mir nehme, aber ich kann mir auch mal ein Fischbrötchen genehmigen ohne dass ich Sehstörungen, Rauschen im Kopf und eine schlaflose Nacht bekomme. Vermisst habe ich auf der Packung den Hinweis, wie dieses Quercetin denn gewonnen wurden. Aber im Fragebereich wurde das ja beantwortet. Es wird aus den Blüten des japanischen Schnurbaumes (Sophora japonica) gewonnen. Ich habe mir jetzt schon die 2.
