The package of screws, etc. comes with tools, and a number of additional washers were included, which will be stored away. The chairs sit a little lower than I expected, but they are perfectly functional and comfortable. I will be adding an outdoor cushion to the seats of the chairs for additional comfort, although I hate to cover up the beauty of the seats.
