The sleep tracking is awful and quite inaccurate but again, it's expected from a £20 watch! You can do lots on it, there's a stopwatch, you can play/pause your music, check a brief weather forecast, view messages, find your phone if you've misplaced it as well as set up the watch to record your exercise! The battery life is pretty decent, I charged it last over a week ago and the watch still shows its fully charged - though I suspect having the "raise hand to activate display" off helps extend the battery life! The app is also very good and you can view all your stats such as your steps, HR, blood oxygen and blood pressure! My only issue is that the English is a bit broken on the app and not everything makes sense but again, this doesn't affect the quality of the watch in the slightest!

Bought this as I lost my fitbit. For the price it's amazing and can't fault it. Looks really high end and does everything my fit bit did to be honest.
