Pros 1. Everything is cordless except charging. 2. Love the Blue-tooth connection to phone for music. 3. Easy to use 4 button operation. 4. Massage is 2 levels. Massage concentrates mainly on temple, sinus and little on eyebrows. None on eyes . High intensity massage is bit too much if you are sensitive. Low one is suitable for all. 5. Sturdy built and holds charge well. Cons: 1. Bit bulky and heavy. Not sleek design. 2. One cycle is 15 mins only. So if you need more time have to restart again. 3. Heating starts gradually and goes to high may be in the last 5-8 mins of a 15 mins cycle. That’s a minus . Finally not an ideal one for heat pack for eyes.
