I took a chance and ordered two pair and I am very happy with them. They fit my narrow feet well so my feet and ankles feel supported and my foot does not slide around inside the shoe...and they do not pinch my feet at any point. I wore them all day on the first day they arrived and forgot I had them on! That never happens with new shoes for me. The light weight of the shoes is a lovely bonus. I haven't "road-tested" these shoes with all-day walking at a theme park or similar place, but I am hopeful they will perform well under those circumstances, too. Although I answered "yes" for the arch support question, on a sliding rating scale, I would have chosen a medium rating for that, rather than a 100% positive answer. So far, I don't have any complaints about the arch support, but would be better able to judge that after standing/walking all day. I won't comment on the other pair of shoes, as the only difference between them is the color. UPDATE!!! After a brief period of wear, these shoes quickly expanded and are too loose! Regarding the arch support...not very good, I'm sad to say. Now that the shoes are so loose, they are not comfortable for all-day walking at the zoo or a theme park. Basically, I am disappointed and wish I had not bought 2 pairs of these shoes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars The Everlight Could be a Perfect Shoe! *by B***X on Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2014* The shoe is on the short side. I usually wear a size 7 and mostly wear New Balance shoes, so ordered the Everlight Zip in a 7. My right foot is slightly larger than my left. The left is a perfect fit, but the right is barely long enough...my big toe touches slightly. If I hadn't worn the shoe to check out the fit, I might have returned it and ordered a 7.5. But the shoe is wide enough...the length is the problem. Also, this one does not provide the support I find with my other New Balance walking shoes. So...slightly longer, and with the support of the average New Balance, and this would be the perfect shoe! I love the look and the overall feel.
