Review: The box is excellent but..... - Box is great. however delivery drivers kept saying I wasn't in when I'd taken the week off work to install it. And another problem is now delivery drivers still fail to see it and constantly throwing parcels at the front door and walk away still. When all goes well large parcels can fit in it I've had 1kg protein in packing boxes fit. Easy to use keeps parcels dry and safe. When it's used. When it's use incorrectly you can come home to find envelopes or the delivery door still open. I'm now gone as far to install cctv just to catch the bad delivery drivers.

**Q: will the uk royal mail leave a parcel that needs signed for in these?**
A: Before placing an order there is usually a text box available where you can instruct the delivery person where to deliver parcels etc if you’re not in. Simply just make a note in that box that you wish for your parcel to be delivered into the box and give a little description.

**Q: Can this box be painted?  Really odd that there isn’t a brown option to blend with brickwork.**
A: Sorry not sure. I assume it’s metal paint, but would have to withstand a lot of weathering as mine does with South facing sun, & heavy rain at times.

**Q: Is this water proof? As in does rain get into the parcel box and soak the letters/ parcels?**
A: It’s absolutely water proof. I have been using it for a year now, it saw heavy rain, never leaked until now.

**Q: How many keys does this come with and is it possible to get more cut?**
A: I had 6 keys with mine. 
Nothing special about the keys so I would expect that having extra keys cutt would  not be a problem.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good box apart from minor leaking.

Nice box, fitted easy and looks great. Nice size. Minor water ingress is a pain as it lays in the bottom of the box and soaks letters and bottom of cardboard boxes. I came up with a fix... I bought an oven grill tray for £10 and laid it in the bottom, this keeps items above the little puddle in the bottom on wet days. If they came with this sort of tray fitted, I would have give it 5 stars not 4.
