Everything fits in nicely, and I've tested it's ability to hold temperature to more than 18 hours--everything remained cold to the touch. It's also nondescript--as I said it's basically a steel water bottle, so no one has to (or will) know that you're packing meds unless to choose to tell them. The included thermometer arrived broken, which appears to be the norm in several other reviews. I had read the reviews before purchasing and accepted that risk, so it wasn't so much a loss as it was a disappointment--but it would have been nice to have a functioning thermometer just to get a more accurate idea of the temps. But overall, this cooler functions perfectly, met me expectations and looks very nice as well so I'm not going to deduct a star for that.

I use this for my medication to be mailed to me while on vacation. It had to stay cold and we overnighted it on UPS and it is still cold very very cold 24 hours later very cold. I recommend this 100% but it only holds three GLP pens.
