I need a jacket to keep my cat from licker herself. She is about 14 now but has had a licking problem since year one. she is nervous. I have one cat who is a bully. I have 9 cats total. I have put at least 3 cones on her head. she eventually gets them off. I have had other jackets- all having fit problems= to loose and she gets out of them. Usually I buy to big. But finally this little pink jacket has stayed on 2 whole days ! It is well made. Very sturdy. so I am using in a way not meant for. she looks very funny. She is fat in a strange way. but that is OK. did not buy for a fashion statement. Wish I got a plain one- but again- that is fashion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute and Lovely *by M***W on May 24, 2024* When I first put it on she acts like she can't walk right but as soon as I open the front door and she knows she gets to go outside she walks just fine. I believe I bought a medium but the velcro doesn't wrap around completely. However, it does wrap around enough to stay in place and I've never been concerned about her slipping out or it coming undone. That being said, my cat has never tried to remove it. When I first put it on her she sorta just flopped over. If you have a more determined cat I can't say whether or not they will be able to wiggle out of it, but for her it's perfect. She was a 9lb rescue when I bought this. Since I've had her she's gained a little and might need a large in the future if she continues to grow. I bought the XL for my medium sized cat & it fits her neck but not her belly. It cannot be velcroed, which defeats the purpose. I must’ve missed that in other people’s reviews, as it seems like a common thing. This is the absolute cutest harness, leash, collar set I have ever seen. I am so sad. The quality is really good. Just doesn’t fit. I love it so much that I’m contemplating trying to figure out how to sew in an extender panel. Otherwise, I will just need to return it as it cannot be used for my kitty. She’s probably thrilled with that. I am not.
